Facebook sets IPO stock prices between $28 to $35 valuing company at $85-$90 billion and largest Internet IPO in history
The IPO will value Facebook around $79.3 billion at the high end of the price range if the underwriters sell the extra stock reserved for overallotments. It would be the highest Internet IPO, far surpassing even Google.
